Zeynep Acar

Zeynep Acar is a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), licensed in both Texas and Ontario. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto and has extensive experience providing therapeutic support in major hospitals in Toronto.

Specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and life transitions, Zeynep uses evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Mindfulness. Her client-centered approach focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their mental health goals in a safe and supportive environment.
